PHOENIX WITH STAND

This large unique statue would suit either a large property or company reception / Boardroom. Based loosely on depictions of the Phoenix from film and literature. It was created from hundreds of pieces, all separately shaped and fixed to the body, the wings are made of multiple layers of thin sheet metal to give the impression of feathers. Due to its size, we made this piece with its own stand to counterbalance the weight. We chose to finish this in a blend of metallic paints over a galvanised basecoat which reflects the light differently across the whole body. The base has a Phoenix plasma cutout which would suit being backlit.
